USUI REIKI LEVEL I
In this reiki course you will learn everything you need to know in order to practice Reiki energy healing on yourself, your friends and family, your plants and pets, and anything else in your life that may need a healing touch. You will receive the Reiki I attunement as part of the course and will receive hands-on practice and instruction with a focus on self-care.
Topics include:
Classes are taught in the Reiki tradition of Dr. Mikao Usui. Ongoing support and guidance is offered to all students who take Reiki classes from me after their course completion. If you have any questions or would like to register for a class, please contact me for more information.

- The history and origins of Reiki
- The Reiki principals and other guidelines
- Hand positions and techniques for healing
- The chakras, their function, and how to balance the chakras
- Awareness of the energy field and detecting and clearing imbalances
- Upon completion you will receive your Reiki I course certificate.
