Losing a child is one of the most difficult and painful experiences a parent will go through.
In this Guided Heart Healing, Shauna will guide you into your heart space and help you to release the pain and heartbreak from losing a child.
Many of us don’t realize that we are carrying a broken heart or unresolved heart trauma, and it’s preventing us from truly giving or receiving deep, meaningful love. Heartache will prevent us from living our best lives.
Signs of unresolved heart hurts include:
You may sabotage close relationships and not understand our actions or behaviors
You may avoid deep connections and feel like no one understands
You feel guarded about letting people get too close
You feel lost and hopeless without your child
You may struggle to connect with and talk about your emotions and your loss
You may find yourself only wanting to talk about your pain
You may feel guilt around your child’s death
You may feel a deep sadness or loneliness in your heart
You may feel a physical heaviness in your heart
