​Questions and Answers  ​

Q. Is there any special preparation I need to do before the class?  
A. Listen to the Top 7 Fears Clearing Audio and the Raise Your Vibration Meditation. Set the intention that you are going to have the best time in class and get ready to make the connection with spirit! Get a good night's rest the day before class starts and plan to set aside time after each day to allow the energies to integrate. You may have more vivid dreams and be even more aware of your loved ones in spirit around you!

Q. I am just starting out with mediumship, can I still take the course?
A. Yes, absolutely! I have designed this class to provide a solid foundation to build your mediumship upon. So, whether you are new to the world of spirit communication, or you've been giving readings for some time, you will learn key foundational components that will provide you with a solid base with your mediumship, providing you with the tools to gain confidence as you master and polish your gifts.    

Q. How much time do you recommend I set aside each week to practice after the class? 
A. A great place to start is by creating a sacred space each morning and inviting your guides and loved ones to join you. From there, you can work through one area at a time and when you feel you have an understanding of the material, continue to the next section.  As you practice and reflect on your experiences with spirit, you'll know in your heart when to take a break and when to continue with your practicing and learning. You may wish to revisit different sections of the class more than once. Remember, you are in the driver's seat and you can pick and choose what works best for you!  

Q. Will there be extra practice/support after the class? 
A. We do offer practice groups during the year - please ask when the next dates are scheduled. 

Q. If I change my mind, do you offer refunds?  
A. No refunds are given. If you are unable to attend a class live, you will receive the class recordings to listen/watch at your convenience.

Hello! I'm Shauna.

I spent years suffering from anxiety, panic attacks and overwhelm. Once I realized that all that suffering was from avoiding the spirit world, I began to release the stress, let go of all the fears, and master my mediumship skills in a way that lit me up.
