Readings with Shauna
We often reach for a reading when we've hit a roadblock in our lives. This journey is filled with countless opportunities for soul growth, bringing us back to who we really are. And, at times, we all need someone to guide us, help us to see what our heart knows, clearing our path of outdated beliefs or limitations so we can truly be who we came here to be.
The question I am asked most often in my practice is how can I change my life now? How can I most quickly heal my sorrows, get past my obstacles, connect to my purpose, feel joy once again, find my soul family, and get into the flow of peaceful living? To answer this question, I draw upon my Spiritual Psychology and Coaching background, as well as my personal growth journey that began over 20 years ago.
When you begin to see how to align with your soul plan, your purpose-driven life, you feel a sense of relief, free of stress, wasted time or money, free of fear or upset and can return to your most authentic spirit and start living and loving as your heart desires.
Your session can be whatever your soul needs at this time. Perhaps you'd like to receive guidance and reassurance that you are on the right path. Maybe you'd like to connect with your crossed-over loved ones, validating that they are with you and at peace on the other side. Or, perhaps you are looking to make a choice or decision that is aligned with your true calling.

Soul/Life Coaching - Psychic/Medium - Energy Work - Grief Support
Soul/Life Coaching and Psychic: I will answer your questions regarding career, health, relationships, questions about children/family, and guidance on navigating your own abilities.
Mediumship: In this reading I will connect with the person or people you choose. The people I will bring through are the people you have energy on, not just any person, but the people you had a strong connection with. My specialty is child loss as I lost my son Jack 11 years ago.
Energy Work: As a Reiki Master/Teacher, I infuse my work with these healing energies. Reiki will support your grief journey and leave you feeling calmer and hopeful for the future.
Grief Support: As a Grief Counsellor, I am able to hold space for your loss. I am also able to provide grief education as well.
You can choose whatever you'd like to work on together. I do ask that you bring an open mind and questions you'd like to go over.
You must be at least 18 years of age to book a reading with Shauna, due to the emotional nature of her work.
